- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Record-breaking stupidity is amongst these employees. I'm not sure what their mental malfunctions are nor whether or not they are responsible for those malfunctions. They've lost my insurance card so many times, I've lost count. They refuse to correct their mistakes when they fill a prescription incorrectly, even though the records of those prescriptions are documented and on-file. When I calmly explain to them and walk them through where the errors are and what they apparently do not understand, it goes through one ear and out the other. They refuse to listen, ignore what you say, and simply repeat the same excuses - even after a solution is given to them. I've been coming here for years, but within the last year or so ... Rite Aid has hired the dumbest employees I've ever came across. The closest form of intelligence to their own would probably be the intelligence of a doorknob. Do not go here. You will see that stress issues and anxiety are a packaged deal if you rely on this pharmacy.October 24, 2017by Austin Carter
